Tulane Scientific Journal Analysis Club
Reading into the Future of Science
About Us
What is a Scientific Journal Analysis Club?

A scientific journal club is a regular gathering of club members to discuss a scientific paper found in a research journal. The purpose of our organization is to foster a curious and intellectually rigorous environment wherein members can learn more about a variety of scientific topics by analyzing primary sources, articles, and case studies from peer-reviewed and well-reputed scientific journals.

What Will Our Meetings Look Like?
Meetings will be held twice per month during the academic year. During meetings, members will be split into small groups with an assigned group leader to read, analyze, and create a presentation on given scientific journal to present at the following meeting.

Guest speaker events will occasionally be held in order to introduce members to professional researchers and students from Tulane University's Graduate schools and gain further knowledge on their areas of study.
